There is Wi-Fi at the house, but please note it is not as high speed as you would find in a major city. Part of Lake Anna's charm is being in the country, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city!
Lake Anna was constructed as a cooling reservoir for the North Anna power station. As such, the Private Side is closest to the discharge of the water used to cool the reactors. The Private Side is the "warm side" and is less crowded than the public side. This is because there are no marinas, public ramps or restaurants on the water. Approximately 1/3 of the Lake Anna's surface area is the Private Side and 2/3 is the public side. You are not able to travel between the 2 sides on the water.
You can launch your water toys from a private ramp and it is a 5 minute ride from the ramp to S'more Lake Anna. You can use the dock and slip at S'more Lake Anna for the duration of your stay!

Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, a full sized washer and dryer, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating and a single slip, 2 story boat dock.
