We started S'more Lake Anna with the mission to provide the best vacation rental experience for our guests. Located on the Private Side of Lake Anna, you will have usage of our private single slip boat dock and access to a ramp to launch your water toys.

There is an expansive sun deck on top of the 2 story boat dock. The sun deck is equipped with a luxury teak sectional, 2 teak chaise loungers and a large umbrella for shade.
The lower level offers a huge amount of shade and a ceiling fan as well.
The single slip boat dock will accommodate most wakeboard boats!
Enjoy over 4,000 square feet of finished living space that can sleep 16!
There are 4.5 baths and 5 rooms for sleeping.
We offer plenty of seating both inside and outside of this newly constructed house (2024).
